Extremely disappointing experience. They advertise a warranty, but when it comes time to actually use it, they don’t stand behind it. It feels like the warranty is just a way to get vehicles into their shop. Once your car is there, it ends up sitting untouched for long periods of time. Communication and customer service are very poor, and the overall experience feels misleading and unprofessional. This is not how a reputable business should treat customers. I would rather find another way to get to work than spend money at a place like this.
