These people are very unprofessional they sub all their work out to T an J and when the other company does a bad job and causes more problems to your car or truck and doesn’t fix it correctly, they refuse to fix it in a timely manner and told us for all the missed work we had we should go back to the insurance company. We ended up having to go to Ford two times then back to them again and then they told us we would have to wait again when we said we would not wait again they got a severe attitude with us. If you like getting the runaround, then I would suggest you go to these people if not, stay clear.

James, Bob and their crew always do a fantastic job. I hit a deer late last fall. The repairs took more time than normal because of supply chain issues with parts. They even had me pick up my truck and drive it without the manufacturers emblem due to them not being available until March. When they got the emblem in, they had me come back and installed it with no problems. The repairs are done correctly. I have yet to take a vehicle back to them because of something they did wrong.
