We’ve now worked with Greaves twice. I don’t know why we haven’t before October 2025! The first time we went there it was because my husband’s exhaust pipe was hanging. We were right down the road when it happened. We called and they told us to come in. We were shocked when they got us right in. We were further shocked when they said they could fix the issue right then! The second time was within a few weeks, after my husband schmucked a deer. We took it in for an estimate. Carl was so great to work with! The truck was repaired in the time we were told it would be, and came back to us cleaner than it’s been in five years! It’s not often a person is happy when dealing with car repairs. But we are definitely happy with Greaves body shop and service center! Greaves is our new place to go for anything truck related!

I've had my car repaired here several times over the past six months for unrelated issues. Each time, I dealt with Edward in the mechanical repair end of the business, and he consistently worked to get my car onto the schedule at this busy shop as quickly as possible. Edward always explained clearly what needed to be done and was happy to show me the replaced components. Even more impressively, he advised me on what DIDN'T need repair or replacement. A dishonest person could've easily exploited this situation. On one occasion, I had to use an unrelated repair shop several hours away. That morning, I left a message for Edward asking for guidance. He promptly called back, spoke with me and with the other shop sharing his knowledge of my car. He even called me again at the end of what turned out to be a long day for all of us just to make sure I got back on the road. Everyone I've met at Greaves has been friendly and customer-focused, but Edward stands out, not only for his technical skill, but because he genuinely cares about his customers.
