I had an incredible experience today at Firestone Complete Auto Care in North Dartmouth. I arrived at 8 AM with an appointment for a diagnostic on my newly purchased Carvana vehicle (delivered just four days ago). While Carvana itself was easy to work with, their warranty company, SilverRock, was the exact opposite. Ian and Nathan absolutely saved the day. They spent hours going back and forth with the warranty company to get my claim approved for brake replacement — brakes that were failing according to federal standards, I might add. And to make it even more impressive, all of this happened the day before Thanksgiving, when most people are mentally already halfway into the mashed potatoes. They worked tirelessly to make sure I wasn’t left without a vehicle for the holiday. Their dedication, patience, and commitment to doing right by their customers truly blew me away. I’m incredibly grateful for their hard work and effort. Firestone North Dartmouth has definitely earned a loyal customer.

They are always knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. I come here because there is no pushy and in your face "Upsell" going on like another place I used to frequent. Sure, they explain some extra issues that could be resolved as an added sell, but they aren't sleazy with it like that other. That place gives me the "ick" feeling due to heavy upsell pushing and the reason I stopped going there. Wanna lose customers?... Upsell every time

I honestly prefer Firestone tires. And unfortunately not a lot of places sell them so I decided to go straight to Firestone. I didn’t realize that I would get fear mongered by someone who appeared to be a manager (he was dressed in fancy clothes). I’m a woman and I know shops take advantage of that and this guy most certainly tried to. Started telling me my rear tires had super bad tread and I needed them replaced and I’d save $100 buying all 4 instead of 2. The tires I was having replaced was the rear so bro sounded dumb for even telling me to do that and I did math before buying my tires so I knew exactly what I wanted. Then this man started telling me my cabin filter needed replacing which is funny because I replaced it myself not long ago. So I declined that as well. This man then started raising his voice at me and telling me my car “wouldn’t pass inspection if I didn’t do all the stuff he was suggesting” and I politely said no (I should’ve told him where he can go and why he can go there but I chose to talk to him with more respect than what he showed me… A PAYING CUSTOMER). MIND YOU, my car was freshly inspected and that was with my terrible tires so don’t listen to these fear mongerers try to manipulate you for absurd money. They were gonna charge me like $60 for the cabin air filter when I can get one for like $12 and easily replace it myself again. I’ll never return here and now I have to try to find a new place to buy firestones or find a completely different brand of tire that I like.
