My son survived neurofibromatosis and was diagnosed with fragile x syndrome when he was five. He has overcome so much in his life. One thing that he was very proud of was when I taught him how to drive and he obtained his hard won drivers license! A few days ago he was driving with his older brother and the front tire on the drivers side came off. He managed to bring the vehicle safely to a standstill and neither of my boys were hurt. Praise God thatno other vehicles were involved so no one was hurt. As they were close to Grant, my Son called Ashland Auto. The man who answered began laughing at my handicapped Son and telling him that they couldn't help tow him and that he needed to figure out something else. What a horror show! He was extremely upset and could hardly process what had just happened, let alone how he was being treated by a representative of Ashland Auto! What a disgusting human being!

What a great place. The staff is amazing, I highly recommend Ashland Auto to anyone. Whether its for towing or a vehicle getting fixed. they are decent on there price. Thank you again to the staff, fixing my vehicle.

I ended up in a snowbank and Curtis from Ashland Auto Parts came to my rescue. He was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful as he got me out of the snowbank, gave me a better route to Hesperia and led the way in his truck! He arrived within 15 minutes of the 911 call and talked me though the process. I was back on the road in no time and his charges were very, very reasonable. I would highly recommend Ashland Auto Parts and Curtis. I also want to thank all the other drivers that took the time to stop and see if I was okay. Newaygo County is full of kind, caring people including my superhero, Curtis!
