Staff has gone 100% downhill. When you pull up to the shack to check in and get "Yeah?" from the girl inside, you're already starting off on a bad note. A hello, or a face that isn't a scowl helps when dealing with the public. Forklift ops and others in the office have been decent, but the whole experience now starts off with an attitude. I'm sorry that you hate your job, but snapping at other people won't make you enjoy it more.

Bought a refrigerator, “runs and operates” Lot attendant recommended laying down the refrigerator to fit in trailer, also said to wait 2 days before turning it on. It was never working. Missing parts and wires aren’t even connected. They did end up accepting the full return. Customer service worked with me to correct this. I will work with them again!
