Auto First offers a broad range of auto repair, maintenance and appearance services. I had them install struts and shocks on my Kia Sportage. The work was done according to quote. Front desk staff was pleasant. No waiting area. Old School operation.

Stay away from this place. Very shady! I took my car in because the light came on and they told me it was a thermostat issue. Took almost 4-5 days just for that to get looked at and fixed. But anyways soon as I picked my vehicle up, I couldn’t get far or accelerate. Took it right back and yet again they denied they didn’t do anything of course. After 4 days of having my vehicle they determined I needed 6 fuel injectors. I’m like oh really. They were suppose to get used injectors from somewhere stating it would be cheaper and they didn’t want me to pay so much. I feel they were not being honest. The front desk lady appears to be sweet but she definitely can use some help as she seemed to not remember having conversations each time I called! If possible go elsewhere and avoid the headache. Hopefully they are not removing parts from people cars and replacing it with old stuff.
