After a dead battery from extreme cold I stopped to get a battery pack jump starter this morning. Justin helped me determine which model I needed looking up my car which saved me $100 from getting one that was overkill. Then he offered to do a free battery check in frigid cold. To our surprise he found my positive connector was loose. He diligently tightened it and explained that was the most lightly cause of the dead battery rather than cold. But he didn’t stop there he knew I needed to get on my way back to Traverse so gave me the closest store and advised I be sure to go get it checked. I called that store and plan to get it checked tomorrow before an upcoming long trip. He opened my box and showed me how to use the product before I got underway leaving me confident if battery went again I could start. My first trip to this store left quite a positive impression and Justin’s knowledge and sincerity in wanting to help me was exceptional!
