Not impressed. Drove 3 hours, brought 3 guys with me and a large trailer. Between two of us we had brought well over $10,000 in cash to purchase a lot of stuff. After having a VERY brief talk with the owner he stated, " Whatever the price is on items, that's what it's marked, that's what you pay". Not even willing to negotiate a dime, we then searched the exact same item numbers on Amazon for multiple things we were prepared to purchase from Johnsons Surplus, we found EACH item to have at least a 30% - 50% mark up compared to Amazon prime with Free shipping!!! Sorry, but just lost a customer who would spend thousands a year if willing to do better on pricing. And by the way, the broken microwave missing a door and an rv washing machine completely smashed on the side, and you still wanted higher price than Amazon, NO THANK YOU.

Pre covid this place was it . That is if you were a DIY person they had virtually everything you needed to build or upgrade any rv or trailer from the ground up. It was semi organized and I literally spent almost an entire day there several times. Great prices. Nowadays scaled down to small organized not so good of a selection or priced items. Don't get me wrong the place still deserves a look around they do have some bargains and is definitely worth stopping by. Covid changed alot of our once Great businesses trying to stay in the game.

A great find! Was able to source white oak for a steal! 6/4 & 5/4 - White oak & Maple for around $35 a board! Seriously! If you can work around a knot here and there, it's totally worth it. Many boards were completely clear grain! The majority of boards were 8-10' long and 6-11" wide. They have so many other things, but an awesome surprise was the lumber.
