Alpha has always had wonderful customer service. One time they even let me borrow a tool that I only needed to use one time. I love that we have a lumber and hardware store right down the road. They will deliver 1 2x4 or an entire truckload. Never cost me extra to have a small amount delivered to my house. It's one of 2 places in the county where I can order Festool tools and supplies.

Great service! Free delivery with in 50 miles, they will deliver 1 thing or a truck load. I order field drain tile from them and they delivery deliver it right to my house, no extra charge!

Visiting my mother, in her late 70s, and a recent widow I discovered some much needed repairs that needed to be done to the dock. Limited to only my small rental car, the staff was able to precut all my lumber so that I could easily pick it up in my rental. They were also able to match the paint used on the deck when my father built it 20 years ago.
