Highly recommend. Twice now I’ve called with an issue that needed immediate attention fairly close to closing time. They’ve gotten me in both times and gotten me back on the road quickly. This latest time it was just a tire repair. But Dale made it happen and within 10 minutes I was good to go. Good people. Great service. Will be my first call next time.

I had an excellent experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center. I went in for a tire repair and a valve stem replacement, and I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. The service provided by Wayne was absolutely outstanding. His professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help were truly remarkable. Every employee I interacted with was polite, respectful, and clearly committed to doing the job right. The service was performed efficiently, with great attention to detail, and the price was more than fair. It’s rare nowadays to find a place where customer service, technical quality, and honesty come together so perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone in the area. “Yeah, That’s a Tuffy!” Sunday (9-28-25) I noticed how extremely bald one of my tires were on my truck. I have a spare under the bed but didn’t have a jack so I went to a few “tire shops”. At first I went to Walmart. There was one car being worked on by three employees out of the three bays. The other two were empty. I walk in and ask if they can put my spare on my truck and the guy at the desk said it would be a while they have a 2pm and 3pm appointment so it wouldn’t be until around 4pm. I walked out and went on to the next google search for tire repair. I arrived at Firestone, once again explained what I needed. Guy at the desk said they do not offer spare tire installs. I said okay how much for a new tire? They didn’t have a tire that would match. I walked out and on to the next one. Before leaving Firestone I decided I would call around. I called Tuffy and explained my situation. The guy on the phone said, “You just need a spare tire bolted on?” I said “yup!” “Bring it in!” I arrived at TUFFY and in the process of finding the tools to get my tire down from under the bed, I realized I didn’t have the extensions needed to wind the tire down. I walk inside and was warmly welcomed by Wayne. He found his tool to get my tire off and then pulled it into the shop. A few minutes later he pulled up in front of the door and said “Here ya go!” He refused to charge me and heavily refused my cash tip. The least I can do is let everyone know that this is the tire shop to go to! 10/10 Service! Thanks Wayne for making my trip home SAFE!
