Recently had the TECHM replaced on the transmission in my truck and Greg & Pam were both great to work with. When it was completed I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up right away and they delivered to me. All around great work, customer service, and pricing.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I spoke to a lady over the phone & politely asked for a quote on a transmission service/add upgraded parts. I told her that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission and all i wanted was just a simple quote. She then said they hafto physically look at the parts and take apart the whole transmission just to give me a quote!? How ridiculous.

Every once in a decade or so I meet someone who goes above and beyond for reasons that I have to infer are altruistic and intrinsic. That’s been my experience with Pam. I have a 2015 GMC Acadia and have been looking for a replacement headlight from Michigan to Texas, and found replacement LED’s in Mount Pleasant because I know these folks. I wouldn’t call this a review because it’s been an experience; I would confidently recommend these folks to anyone who wants a repair done in a manner that makes you feel like you enjoyed spending your hard earned money. Having met mechanics, and understanding the difference between a mechanic and a ‘part replacer’ I can vouch for the mechanic in this shop. If I can’t do it myself these folks will always be my first call, they should probably be yours, too,
