Midstate Collision has been amazing every time I’ve needed them (and it’s been a few!). Aubrea and Mike are incredible to work with. Whether it was a small repair or a completely totaled vehicle, they always answered right away and knew exactly what steps to take to get everything handled quickly and correctly. The process is always smooth and timely, which makes a stressful situation so much easier. They are genuinely great people who truly care about their clients. If I could give this place more than five stars I would! I don't know a thing about insurance and they were nice enough to walk me through the process and tell me what steps I need to take in order to get my truck fixed. I got my truck back today after hitting a deer a few weeks ago and my truck look like brand new again after they were done working on it. They cleaned the inside of my truck and give it a full detail, it looked very nice when I went to pick it up. It looked like brand new again. They went way above and beyond to help me out and to make sure I was taking good care of. I wish a lot more businesses cared as much as they do. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

This place is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and amazing. They took care of everything for me with no worry or hassle. My car looks amazing and they kept me informed with where my vehicle was in the process. I got my vehicle back and I am beyond excited it looks so good. They made a not so great situation into a positive great result/situation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done. So professional and nice.
