Thank you thank you!!! Pulling a very big horse trailer and got a flat. Babied it off of 23 and pulled into this repair shop. Didn't even fit in his lot. At first he didnt seem interested in helping me but once he knew I had animals on there he was fantastic. Put my spare on for me and was so nice and only charged me $20. I didnt have a bunch of cash on me or I would have given him more just for dropping everything. Thank you so much. Good to know there are still good people out there willing to help. You have our 5 star vote!!!!

I had an extremely unprofessional experience with this tow company through AAA. When the driver arrived, he immediately gave me attitude for “not answering my phone,” despite the fact that I had no missed calls. He was already on the phone when he pulled up and was rude right from the start. After checking my credentials, he told me I had to help push my vehicle out of the parking space. I hired a tow service specifically so I wouldn’t have to do physical labor myself. I suggested using the winch on his truck, which he ignored. He briefly confirmed the vehicle couldn’t go in reverse, put it in neutral, and then expected me to do nearly all the pushing while he barely assisted. Once the car was loaded, I gave him the drop-off address. He complained that it was a “big parking lot” and said he didn’t know where to drop it. I suggested he follow me so it would be easier. He walked away without confirming anything and then sped off. When I arrived at the destination, my vehicle was nowhere to be found. I spent over an hour searching for it, repeatedly calling AAA because my vehicle was essentially missing. When I called the tow company directly, the representative excused the driver’s behavior by saying he had been working all day and hadn’t had lunch. When I said I might need to call the police because my vehicle was missing, the representative said, “Yeah, I’m not dealing with this,” and hung up. AAA also refused to give me the driver’s name and put me on hold for over 40 minutes while they tried to locate my vehicle. This experience was stressful, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.

I needed new tires and found that the price at US 23 Auto Care was much lower than the big box stores. They were very professional and willing to work around my schedule. When my daughter’s car broke down, they towed it the same day from across the state and gave it a thorough inspection. It’s an older car and I wanted to make sure it would be safe for my daughter to continue driving. The owner, Donald, took his time to explain the issues with me and offered multiple repair options to help me prioritize the repairs within my budget. I’m so happy to have found a trustworthy and competent repair shop!
