Holbrook did an excellent job on replacing my rear bumper on my Equinox. I was lucky enough to get a bumper from their used parts store across the street saving me a lot of money. They pulled it and installed it the next day. I heard they were a good shop, but I know now for myself. You won't go wrong choosing them for your parts or repair. I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the guys who helped me in both stores, but all of them were kind and helpful. Go with Holbrook and you'll be happy!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this mechanic. I brought my car in to fix a small issue. I’ve been driving this car for 4 years without any major problems. After they worked on it, my car ended up with a much bigger problem. I lost $1,200 and the issue was not fixed — it actually got worse. I do not recommend this place.

They were honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
