Got mad when they asked me how much I was willing to put down so I told them and then said thanks for the service and he pleaded that they would work with me so I stated my last place I called told me 0 Down the man on the phone got mad and cried like a girl and hung up very unprofessional do not recommend this place can’t compete with other businesses so they get mad

I bought a 2011 Jeep grand Cherokee, it’s the worst car I’ve ever owned. It spent 3 weeks getting “fixed “. The rear end supposedly was being fixed. After 3 weeks I got it. One week later it was back in the auto shop with the drive shaft and differential being fixed. It was there for 3 weeks. Then I had to pay for an engine mount. At least $2000.00 out of pocket. Still have rear end noise. The car was definitely not even looked at before it was put on the lot.It’s definitely a lemon.I’m retired and I honestly can’t afford repairs. It’s a nice car, just a lot of problems. Just found out the entire rear end has to be replaced, estimated $5000.00. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and probably only put maybe 500 miles on it. I was told it’s dangerous to drive. So it sits in my back parking lot. I don’t have the money to fix it. I’m paying for trash. I’m thinking of filing a lawsuit.Finally got rid of that piece of garbage. Cost me funds I don’t have. When I got rid of it, I found out that it had 4 wheel drive issues and that it had been in an accident and whoever replaced the hood and door panels, they didn’t match. The vehicle was only worth $550.00. I wish no one would ever buy a car from this dealership. These guys don’t care about people.
