Pick up guys were taking 2 bags out of the dumpster instead of dumping it and charging me full price for weeks. I was also paying 22$ more than the neighbors which was fine because I run a business from home....until he refused to respond on fixing the dumpster lids for over a year that his workers broke off (all 4 at once). Was a really good company that I referred everyone too....Then the last year business has been crap.

First I want to say the ladies that answer the phones are wonderful very polite and nice. But the drivers on the other hand. They don't show up when they are supposed too and when they do show up the next day or even the following week they just throw the cans all over and leave trash all over the ground. They have no respect for others. And they also say my garbage was put out which is a lie cause my trash is put out every Wednesday night which is the night before they come. So they are also liars. The ladies in the office had to call the owners of the company twice cause of this. So yeah 5 Stars for the ladies in the office who answers the phones but 1 start for the drivers.

This is the third time this company has left my cans directly in the middle of my driveway. Forcing me to pullover on the side of the road to move them before pulling in my driveway. And this morning..I watch the young kids hanging off the back. Run straight out in front of traffic, TWICE, without looking at all. Very unprofessional and definitely looked unsafe Since it won't let me add a second review I have to edit this one. These guys are downright embarrassing. I watched this morning, and saw them throw, not one not two not three but four paying customers trash cans down their driveway, The same way they throw bags into the back of that truck. Zero remorse for paying customers property. And to top it off. When my wife opened the curtains this morning to see what the noise was. The creepy truck driver stared her down for more than 20 seconds. In what world is an acceptable to stare into another person's house, long enough to make them uncomfortable. Safe to say I'll be out there every Wednesday morning waiting with my phone. Absolutely embarrassing service
