These guys are always amazing and do good at service. They are always friendly to me and I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone works there. As soon as I walk in, they always ask me if I need any help finding anything and are always willing to help. Thank you to each and every one of you. It means a lot to me how nice all of you are. Had to go there on Labor, had been there 3 times the day before and worked with Andrew who was great. On Labor Day Andrew wasn't going to be there till afternoon, Billy helped me. When he brought out part he thought might be right I asked him how much it was. He gave me this look and said in a rude tone, I will tell you when I find out if this is the right part. I looked at him and said in a tone ok, did I do something wrong? No just want to find out. I dont like to be talked to that way. Just because I am a woman he thinks I know nothing. I have been working on cars with my husband for 40 yrs. Just because he has to work on a holiday, he doesn't have to be rude. I always go to O'Reilly, but now might reconsider. I like Andrew, but Billy needs to learn about customer service.
