I took what I thought was a dead car battery into AutoZone for the $10 store credit. To my surprise, it was new. I was embarrassed to say the least, but the staff were kind and volunteered to charge it for me. When I pulled my wallet out to pay, they insisted that the service was free of charge. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

First their web site said my two parts were in stock and when I went in, they weren’t. They ordered them and then all me and said they were in. Another 30 minute round trip and when I arrived, they only had one. They told me they could order another one and it would be another four days and could not give me an explanation to why and who called and gave me the wrong information. They could not give me an explanation as to why they screwed up the order, only an “I’m sorry”. No fixing the problem and they expected me to make another 30 minute round trip at my cost. They have lost all of my business. Went next door to O’Reilly and got my parts!

I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with Pinckney AutoZone. The headlights on my son's Jeep we're not working. Drew and Ducky we're both bound and determined both headlights were working before I left. I can't thank them enough for the time they spent helping me! The service I get each and every time I go into the store is incredible! Thank you Pinckney AutoZone!!
