Called for a part, then had to drive there, half an hour away, to pay for it before they would pull one from a truck. Then they don't call when it's ready, call, pick it up, instrument panel. Installed it there in the parking lot. Didn't work. Go home, they pull another one, don't call, call them to find when pulled. Installed second one in the parking lot. Worked, go home, find out it's the wrong one, speedo, gauges and lights work. Digital section doesn't work from the steering wheel buttons. Call it good enough, don't go back , again. Building and lot filthy, lot has allot of debris and is dangerous.

I reached out to get my car quoted to sell to Regal and the entire experience has been a waste of time. I provided all the information they asked for, waited patiently, and then… nothing. No quote. No follow-up. No professionalism. If you’re going to advertise that you make offers on vehicles, maybe actually respond to people who are trying to do business with you. Being ignored after starting the process is frustrating and unacceptable. Clearly customer service is not a priority here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere — I know I will.

I attempted to order parts from Austin at Regal Auto parts. The communication was horrible. I did not live close and could not come in and pay for parts directly. I had to send an invoice to their email which was no issue but the communication was absolutely horrible. When it comes to the auto industry, communication is a MUST and timeliness when it comes to pulling parts. Customers cannot wait extended periods of time for no reason! Completely unprofessional. By far the worst salvage yard I've ever had to deal with.
