Bought a deere 320g skid steer from them that was advertised as 2 speed with ac etc. 2 speed didn't work, bucket tilt wouldn't work, ac compressor was missing. Of course they said it was used and as is. From my experience buying used equipment those are things reputable dealers would have made note of.

They did maintenance on my Z335 in July 2025 and called me saying that it needed repair. The bill was $900. Four months later it stopped running completely and they picked it up. They told me that the engine had seized up and it would cost $1600 to fix it. I don't understand why that would happen four months after they worked on it. Then they told me that if I didn't buy a new one from them I would owe $300 for pickup and diagnostics. I was going to buy one from them but now I'm having 2nd thoughts. I think they're taking advantage of me because I'm a senior woman. After reading this review the manager called me and explained what was done four months ago and what exactly is wrong with it now. He apologized for making me feel the way I felt and said that he's flexible with the fees. I will probably buy a new mower from them.
