These guys deserve 10 stars my father had a medical situation and ended up in the ditch they towed his truck, then met with us during non operating hours so we could pick up the truck and did this all free of charge, we chatted when picking the truck up and he mentioned he just hoped someone would do the same for him and his family in a world full of negativity it’s people like these guys that remind me there’s still kindness in this world ! My appreciation goes much farther than a positive google review thankful for meeting yall and now having the opportunity to pay it forward!! If your looking to support a business with kind and genuine ppl this is the place to go!!

Yesterday was an eventful day. We were headed to Port Austin when I got a flat tire pulled off M53 to call a tow truck to help us change the tire. Thumb towing was the second company I called, they were super helpful. They showed up changed the tire within a couple minutes and we were set to go. We then loaded up and decided to head home. After 15 minutes or so my truck wasn't acting right thinking my spare was flat but it wasn't. I pulled into a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. Called them again told them my situation and the call taker was concerned he said they'd come out to tow us back to Imlay City. I didn't ask the truck driver his name but he offered to stay there with us until our ride picked us up which was about 50 minutes away. We decided to have him head out towards Imlay City and we would wait. We are happy to have reached out to this tow company highly recommended! Thank you to the call taker and driver!
