We walked in at 1:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve. There was one car in the shop we went in explaining all we needed was the lug nuts on one tire broke free so we could change our tire in the rain. He said no but he could get us in next Wednesday. Way to look out for the disabled people in the community.

First appointment of day and 1 hr 45 min later got a call can't do allighnment needs over 600 in repairs. Then charged more than half of allighnment coast to diagnose. Vehicle did not need 600 in repairs
