This place is so challenging to get ahold of. I want to support this business so badly but it's like they WANT to be aloof and unavailable. Filled out an online form, got an email telling me to call someone, called 2x w/ no response, when I reached out again via email the woman said, "I have called you twice." She did not, but she also didn't think to confirm my #. I got a truck of my own ready to bring my items, called the building at noon to give them a heads up. Their voicemail said that they close at 4, I left a message, they called back and i missed them but called back less than 5 minutes later to no answer. Now I learn on Google that they close at 2? Hire more people or use your team more efficiently. Your reputation in town is becoming tarnished.

Is it really that hard for you to put your winter hours online? Let people know you are only open 10a-2p on Tuesdays and Thursdays before they drive out to you.

I had the best experience with BARC. The numerous miscellaneous items removed from my basement by the two pickup guys was done with care. They were great and apologized for being a little late. Thank you guys!!
