I am so impressed with the customer service I received today at the AutoZone in WALLED LAKE When having my battery installed. They went BEYOND the call of duty in so many ways. I’m a new resident in NOVI and they will now have me as a customer for life! SCOTT and WILL both were awesome. Also, the store was well stocked, clean, and extremely orderly. I’m so happy to have found them. As single Woman I need someplace I can depend on and trust.

Where do I begin to express my gratitude to Will R!!!! I came into the store. His customer service was top-notch. He expressed what I needed and gave him the information. He came out to my car and even put in the air filter. I even offered to tip him and he wouldn’t take the tip. He is an awesome awesome awesome person inside and out and I thank him so very much for helping me.

Fast, efficient and kind! I stopped in after going to 2 other local places for help with my battery. John was quick to help and was both kind and helpful when I needed to make decisions on what to buy. He replaced the battery in my Pacifica and made my day, saved me hours of waiting and hundreds of dollars based on the dealership quote. Got me back in the road in maybe 40 minutes! Thank you, John! I’ll be coming back to autozone and skipping Murray’s from here on out.
