We were on our way to Red Rock City from Salt Lake City when we experienced a major blowout on our trailer—our entire hub and lug nuts came off in the middle of the night! Thankfully, the team arrived promptly and began work first thing in the morning. We were incredibly fortunate they had the necessary parts on hand (which isn't always the case, as we learned), allowing us to get back on the road. From the *AMAZING* technician who arrived at 4 a.m. to the office staff and hands-on mechanics, everyone was courteous, communicative, and took the time to explain the repair process. While it wasn't an ideal situation, they made the experience as smooth as possible. And as a bonus, we even got some fresh eggs for tonight’s dinner!

They are charging $240 per hour in business hours to change the coolant hose they are expensive then dealership. We provided the parts of coolant hoses which they replaced & they charged almost $1400 to replace the coolant hoses.
