Our power steering went out in Wells, NV. Jerry picked us up and not only took us to a subaru dealership in Twin Falls, ID. He offered to drive us to a pet friendly hotel that would accommodate our cat, saving us a potential 45 minute walk. He also talked to us the whole way, making the over two hour trip fly by. Jerry made a stressful situation 10000x better.

For having a rough day on the road this experience was the silver lining. Lost all engine oil just outside of a construction zone while towing a trailer. First call to Elite and they were on their way, soon after the truck was on the flatbed and our trailer secured to it also. The uplifting conversation from our driver Jerick really put me at ease. For a stressful situation it was a great opportunity to take a breath and refocus on the next step. For a family run business I can these guys take pride in doing this right and putting the customer first.

My folks were in an accident near Tooele, UT this morning. I’m way down in Mesquite, NV. Called Elite Towing and they were there in two shakes and took care of it all. Parents were a bit shook but ok. Thank you Fred/Jerrik/Amanda. Went above and beyond. My parents felt good knowing their vehicle was in good hands.
