Best call Rick’s Mr. Towing instead if you want the job done. I’ve never seen a towing employee show up more unprepared. After calling and explaining our car and camper were stuck 10 feet off the shoulder of 80, the owner said he could help. An employee arrived unable to understand much English and actually asked US (asked US!) how we planned on getting the car out. His boss later complained that we were waiting in the camper instead of instructing him how to get our car out. Unbelievable, I didn’t know I was a towing consultant as well. We called Rick’s Mr. Towing, and he got right to work, no questions asked, all while we stayed in the warm camper sheltered from the 20 mph winds exposure. I highly advise against this incompetent company.

My husband and I just want to say thank you again! Our car was out of gas in the middle of no where last night, we tried a few calls but no one respond. We were anxious and finally tried Salt Flats Towing. These guys are awesome! We never had someone respond so quickly and came to help us immediately!
