Mixed feelings about this dealer. I did get a good deal on the SUV I wanted. Salesman - Cole was pleasant to work with. Cam, who went through paperwork was thorough, but I had issue with only one key being provided and his answer to getting a second one- I did not agree as it was not ethical and asked him to get me info on replacement key at dealers cost- well that was about 3 weeks ago and radio silence. He was very insistent that it was expensive at about $800 due to being a Cadillac- well guess what I did my own research - $360 !!!! Just due to lack of follow-up I would not recommend.

I had a great experience with Bidleman’s Car Dealership. I initially found the vehicle through Cars.com and was contacted by Camron regarding my inquiry. I live in Buffalo, about an hour away, and during our first conversation I mentioned that I was shopping around but was interested in coming in for a test drive and possibly making a same-day decision. When I arrived, Camron had the car ready for viewing and gave me a very in-depth walk-through. I was able to test drive the vehicle while my current car was being appraised for a trade-in. After the test drive, we went over numbers. Even though I wasn’t fully decided at the time due to other options I was considering, I never once felt pressured. The entire staff was professional and respectful. I also worked with Dylan, who helped explain the figures clearly and answered all of my questions. I left that day with a great feeling about the dealership and placed a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle overnight while I thought things through. After sleeping on it, I decided to move forward with the purchase. Camron and Dylan worked with me to get the numbers where I was aiming for both my trade-in and financing. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and have really enjoyed learning all the new features of my car. I would absolutely recommend Bidleman’s to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.
