I mistakenly turned my wipers on to swipe what looked like rain drops on my windshield. Much to my surprise those drops were frozen and so was my wiper blade so it screwed up the ball inside the lower mechanics of the arm on my driver's side and I still needed to get to my crucial appt that was an hour away. After going to a different auto store they couldn't help me at all. So I went to AutoZone in Albion NY and Jimmy Harper just so happened to be coming back from lunch so I caught him before he got to the doors of the store and asked him if he could come right back out and help me. I told him what happened and he immediately had me pop my hood. He had my wiper arm working again ! He has saved me more than once. I totally respect and value this mans knowledge. I don't know what I would have done without him that day or any day. I just know when he's behind that counter with his infectious smile, I know that I'm in good hands. Jimmy you are a true asset to AutoZone.
