My car broke down and Gloster & Sons towed my car to their shop. They updated me later in the day with what the issue was with my car. The new part was ordered, delivered and my car was ready to be picked up less than 24 hours after it broke down. They were so helpful and answered every question I had. Billy is always very nice and professional and so is his dad. My husband and I started taking our vehicles here not too long ago. There are so many auto repair shops in Middletown that are crooks and will just say you need to repair something when you really don't. Billy and Bill will not start replacing things unless they are sure that's what needs to be done. Gloster & Sons are the only auto service shop that I've come across in Middletown that aren't crooks. They are very reputable and I highly recommend them. Thank you both for always being so honest.

my whole family has been bringing their cars to this repair shop for over 20 years. They answer my questions with out making me feel like I don't know what I'm talking about. They are efficient concerning the wait time. They have never done a bad job.They don't try to sell me on things I really don't need. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. I trust this shop totally.
