I brought my 7 day old car to Richmond Auto Body after reading their reviews. I was immediately impressed by the knowdegeable and helpful workers in the office. Donna and Jojo helped me with all aspects of the repair, including obtaining a loaner car. They were both great at extending themselves to make me feel comfortable. They were the epitome of what excellent customer service is all about. The repair specialist , Chris, explained the repair procedure and gave an estimated time for repair. He made me feel very much at ease. His work was perfect and the repair was completed before the due date. Their lifetime of the car guarantee is phenomenal. Donna and Jojo constantly updated me on their progress. I would strongly recommend Richmond to anyone for their very fine work and customer service. It was a pleasure meeting the entire staff.

Richmond Auto Body does fantastic work! I have been going to them for years and would not think of going anywhere else. Chris is amazing and takes the time to explain all the repairs and why. JoJo and Donna at the front are super friendly and funny. They are also very knowledgeable and ready to answer any administrative questions. I highly recommend this shop.
