This is the second time I’ve used Village Line Auto Body, and once again I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The first time was about two years ago after my wife was involved in a fender bender with our 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. I was honestly surprised by how much damage there was, but Village Line took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster and worked to arrive at a fair price so the repairs could be done properly using quality parts. The end result was excellent, and I was very impressed. More recently, my truck was hit on the parkway and pushed into the median, causing significant damage. The vehicle was towed directly to Village Line. After they met with the adjuster, it was unfortunately deemed a total loss. Even though that’s never the outcome you want, the team made the process as smooth as possible during a stressful time. I especially want to thank Andrew, Danny, and Maureen, who truly went above and beyond. Maureen, in particular, walked me through the entire claims process effortlessly while I was still shaken up from the accident. Her communication was outstanding, and she is extremely knowledgeable. If I ever need an auto body shop again, Village Line Auto Body will be my first call. Thanks again to the whole team!
