IAA Staff usually pretty friendly. Their work is always efficient and fast. Everything is great about this place except for one particular employee. Her name is Jennifer J, a customer service representative. She was very rude and nasty, not only to me, a transporter, but to my customer / dealer, who was trying to verify the account over the phone. To make a payment on the account. She was intentionally wasting my time so I that I would be late to pickup 2 vehicles from Rice LOT. She was laughing at me for the reason that I thought I would make it on time. Luckily Branch Manager Daniel stepped up and helped me out. Also the loaders understood the situation and loaded after hours. So I actually made it on time for Both units. Due to professionalism of her coworkers. I don’t like conflicts. I believe that neither party Benefits from one. I will remove this review only when she no longer works there. Because over all the place is pretty professional. I hope this review is being read by the IAA corporate office.

Pick up was easy. Keep in mind that you need to go to the office before you go to the yard for pick up.
