Edit: While the below is still true, I’ve had nothing but problems since I purchased this car. Electrical issues up the wazoo and it currently isn’t running (only a few months after purchase). I feel I was taken advantage of for a quick sale and that the overarching issues that this vehicle has were not told to me intentionally. I love my 2010 Suzuki SX4. It has over 100k miles, so while it’s technically not covered under the lemon law, Allen gave me a 30-day warranty, which was appreciated and honored. The radio display worked during my test drive but stopped by pickup. He said it ‘goes on and off,’ which wasn’t mentioned prior, but it hasn’t worked since. The hood support was broken when I first saw the car and wasn’t fixed before purchase as promised, but Allen repaired it and the alternator—after it failed on the parkway 18 days later—at no cost. Communication could have been clearer, but Allen seems like a caring guy and honors his word when issues are brought to his attention.
