I finally got my car fixed and decided to treat myself and get the interior of my SUV cleaned. I have three girls under the age of 6 and they can be VERY messy. The detailers got the gunk build up, sticky residue, crumbs and stains out of my backseat and doors. Only thing I wish they left my vent fresheners, I bought them this morning before coming in. Other than that, they did such a great job. I’m really impressed! Shannon W is very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, friendly and kept me updated while I waited. Very good customer service! I highly recommend Shannon when you book your appointment. Will be back to get my car tinted and undercoat done.Thank you to Shannon and Ziebart crew for such great experience.

Came in to have my 2013 Corolla undercoated before NY tears it up this winter. Seems to be a good undercoating job, although I believe they washed/detailed the exterior also (not sure if this was part of the process) which is fine but there are new scratches on a few spots plus some weird hardened chemical or something on one of the doors. I bought it with a few cosmetic concerns, but these are definitely new.
