I was having a bad day as my tire popped. But this crew turned everything around. With only 30 mins from closing I was received with open arms and was given such great service. The manager treated me with so much respect and kindness. Not only that but he took his time to educate me on some of the issues with my car. I am forever grateful for the bay shore location. They did their thing!

Responsive , Professional. Paul was great, I ordered new tires from an online tire vendor, I had them delivered to Pep boys in Brentwood for installation...... The UPS delivery truck came later than expected, Paul was flexible with the appointment time and got me in and out at a reasonable time. I had such a wonderful experience at this location. From the moment I came in Paul was very kind and responsive with my needs. Then I dealt with Brian and Bert for my second appointment and they were also wonderful. I have a fleet vehicle so they made sure I was in and out in a timely fashion, and they worked directly with the fleet company, and I didn’t even have to get involved, which was really nice. I will definitely be back for all of my vehicle’s needs.
