Had a starter die on my grand cherokee and scheduled a tow. Asked how much it would be and was told they had to see how many miles it was, figured they would get back to me but never did. Completed the tow with no problems then charged me $400 for a 30 mile tow (to be fair the jeep was 30 miles from their shop, but the drop off point was very close to their shop) called to ask if the price was accurate, got a bit of a run around but eventually was told the owner would call me back. Never received a call. Is what it is and paid $432.00

Had my wife Jane's car tired changed out. When we got the car to the Firestone tire company, they found the lugs improperly put on and stripped. When we contacted Kinetic, the man was rude, aggressive and defensive. Said the driver did it right (I don't know how someone in an office would know this - LOL) and that firestone was the problem (nice attitude). So rather than work out something that benefits both the business and the customer, they chose to be condescending, flat out were rude, defensive reactions and talked right over me. No sense to get angry or argue with ignorance. We will refuse payment with our credit card company and Kinetic will have to do battle with them. Foolish business move.....we would have been willing to work something out. Instead of this, the person we spoke to chose an ignorant business approach to his company's defective incompetent work. I caution anyone who would consider doing business with Kinetic. This sounds like a common practice on their part. Shame on that Kinetic rep that we spoke to. I hope he does not treat friends and family the same way. Would also like to add that he told Jane it happened at the Subaru dealership(Really??), but then told me it happened at Firestone. If his driver did it correctly, and noted the problem happened prior, as he alleges, then why did they not put it on the receipt?? Why did the driver repeatedly hit the lugs with a pneumatic gun over and over again right in front of my wife (who is technically and mechanically sound?) Business people who lie and do not stand behind their service, blaming others, are shameful. Read through the other reviews written on this site and you'll find an angry owner who lashes out at customers, says degrading things and takes no responsibility when things go wrong. Despicable reactions, some sound racist, and definite misogynist reactions to my wife. I hope this person will one day self reflect. He may be able to accrue money and wealth, but he is doing so on the backs of others. Again, shameful practice, shameful reactions to post and very sad human being. As noted from another post, "Bad People". Couldn't have said it any better:)

Excellent service! I would give 10 stars if allowed. Eric and Kinetic service team came to rescue my dead car while no other towing companies were willing to do so in Ballston spa - Malta area during the 2022 Labor Day weekend. Professional and responsible, super friendly and hassle free experience. I would highly recommend their service and Eric indeed is ?! As he said, see your car in better terms next time!
