I had my Model Y towed by this company through Tesla due to a damaged tire. The tow itself went smoothly, but when the car was being lowered off the flatbed, the tow driver himself pointed out that the strap used to secure the vehicle had snapped the valve stem in half, leaving my passenger-side rear tire completely flat. I have clear photos documenting this damage. Tesla replaced both tires and TPMS but informed me that the tire damaged by the tow company would not be covered under my Tesla insurance. I paid $545.47 out of pocket. Both Tesla and I independently emailed the towing company the invoice for the damaged tire, yet they claim they “never received any invoices.” Despite this, they refused to cover the cost—even though their own driver acknowledged what happened. This lack of accountability is extremely disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. I am sharing my experience so that other Tesla owners are aware. I still hope the company will reconsider and reimburse me for the damage caused during their service.

The worst, most racist, and most unpleasant experience I could have ever had at this place. (I hope my comment isn't deleted.) If I could give a mines -1000, that would be my rate. Never in my life have I been humiliated as much as the owner of this company did. First, he refused to let me pick up my car the same day they towed it (it was still early, 4 PM). He said they had already closed at 4 PM, but their office sign says they close at 5 PM. Then he got angry and said I had to pick it up the next day and that it would be $900 just for one night, my car wasn't not even 5 miles from the place the took it. He yelled at me on the phone, "No hablo españolo." I was so angry. He never wanted to give low the price. The worst part is that I hadn't even called him. The police had called him, and then they refused to help me investigate whether the price was legal. Because they said "they just call the tow that is closer to the place ". the guy gave me the receipt but made up a bunch of excuses for why he charged me that much. So be very careful with these kinds of people who steal just because they don't know another way to have easy money.
