I was traveling up I84 passing through NY state when I suddenly started experiencing car trouble. I got off the nearest exit and google led me to Wits. The woman at the front listened to my concerns and assured me they would get to the bottom of the problem. She understood that I was traveling on a long trip on one of the coldest days of the year and made sure that my car was looked at as soon as possible. Within 10 minutes, the car was being looked at. The issue was fixed and I was back on the road within less than an hour. The cost of the service was very reasonable and everyone I dealt with there was very kind. The waiting area was clean and warm. I was so glad to have found Wits! I sincerely wish they were local to me. I would love to be able to give them more business in the future.

Mike, is so helpful the best place to go for any Auto services. I highly recommend him. He is a really good man. Do you need in the office is the best mechanics are great they’re going there for years would not go anywhere else. Those guys are the greatest.

Great spot to get repairs or maintenance. I am happy with the job done . I will say be sure to ask the price of repairs prior. My oil change was a good price as far as full synthetic $97 My NYS inspection normal price Now I had two tires I wanted mounted and balanced on the front of my truck 17 inch I’ve had this done in th past at other locations and it averaged $35 per tire. Here I paid $62.50 per tires for a total of $125.00 to mount and balanced 2 tires. They did a great job but seems a bit steep. I will go there again for service cause they are local and they have great service and they don’t try and upsell you on anything. So I gave 5 stars based on service , my fault for not inquiring on price prior
