What started as a stressful situation—sliding down an icy hill and ending up in a ditch—was completely turned around thanks to her exceptional service. Brittney arrived quickly, handled everything with expertise, and had me safely back on the road in no time. Her professionalism, kindness, and efficiency made a challenging moment so much easier. We recently had a vehicle towed to Liggett's that was totaled in an accident. Not only was Brittany extremely helpful and accommodating, but she went above and beyond for me and referred me to a friend of hers who had little-known knowledge about insurance laws...this simple referral ended up saving us $5,500! She did not need to mention this to me at all, as she did not stand to benefit from sharing this information. She simply did it out of the goodness of her heart-thank you, Brittany! That are very honest and do a Great job as well . If I don’t need breaks they tell me , if something is still under warranty they let me know . Very friendly customer service ??
