Was in a tight spot with a needed repair. Ray was very accommodating and was able to fit me in same day to help with my personal emergency. I was in a tight spot and from the moment I met Ray, he set me at ease. It was my first time at 577 Auto, Ray was very professional and courteous, but more importantly for me, trustworthy. Walked me through the process, made recommendations for after the work was completed and how to stay on top of the issue to prevent it from happening again. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of straightforward, honest, highly capable mechanic.

I took my car to several places due to it vibrating and was told it was just the wheels needed balancing....which I knew was not the issue. I explained to the big local dealership that my kid would be driving the car, so it needed to be safe. Nope, nothing wrong, just needed balancing apparently. Ray at 577, immediately diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue, treated me like a human instead of some hysterical female, and was very moderately priced. Was so relieved that the car was fixed and now safe for my kid. 100% recommend for honest, affordable and accurate service.

Honest and thorough! They are what every mechanic should be. They truly put me and my needs first. I brought my car with a check engine light in. They went above and beyond to diagnose and helped lead me through the least expensive fixes first. They explained everything to me as I went. I never felt “sold” or pressured.
