Tony Scott got me in quickly for all around brake pad and rotor replacement and diagnostic on my malfunctioning car horn. The biggest pro is this shop allowed me to bring my own components. I already had the rear rotors and full set of pads because I usually work on things myself, but my apartment doesn’t allow it and my friend’s garage isn’t available at the moment. Their labor rate is $150, which is a hair over double my usual independent mechanic. My go-to back home in Oswego charges just $70 per hour so I got some sticker shock, but that’s on me for not asking ahead of time. They had my car done the same day I brought it in which was very nice. Unfortunately the horn still doesn’t work. I’m pretty sure the air compressor for it (it’s a compact air horn) has died. When I picked it up, it let out a single short beep but won’t work after letting out that single gasp of air. The only reason for the 4 star and not a 5 is that I wanted to get the car back with a functioning horn, and it wasn’t mentioned to me on the phone or bill that it still doesn’t work. The brakes feel amazing now and it drives and stops good as new. They did a good job letting me know what else was going on under the car which I appreciated. I don’t have access to a lift right now so I was glad to get a report on the suspension and steering components underneath. All in all, I’d easily recommend them. They’re quick and efficient. The pricing is on par with others in the area, although I think they’re all slightly overpriced. And having the option to prepay and pick up your car after hours is very helpful for people like me who work nights full time.

Tony did the lift on 2 of my trucks and did a beautiful job he is always professional. As I am also a business owner my time is very slim but tony is always very accommodating whenever im In need of a oilchange. I use tony Scott auto for all my vehicles needs.

I got the wheel bearings and brakes done on my car in June. Close to $2,000 in repairs with absolutely horrible communication and no one in the shop seemed to be on the same page at all. I had no intention of bringing my car back to them due to the subpar service (and missing items out of my car!) but I also just did not care enough to take the time out of my day to write a review. I recently brought my car to a different mechanic and he informed me that my emergency brake line had been severed, there were parts missing from the emergency brake, and that the rear tires were missing half of their lugs. I told him that I just had the car looked at here and he couldn't believe a mechanic let me leave the shop with my car's emergency brake completely cut. My car had absolutely NO issues with the emergency brake before I brought it to Tony Scott, I've never even used it in the three years I have had the car. It had passed inspection three weeks prior, this was not a pre-existing condition. Now, I get to pay upwards of $4,500 to fix an issue that I'm sure was caused by a tech that has no idea what they were doing and probably shouldn't be working on cars. This mechanic does not care about you, your car, or your safety. I would find somewhere else that does.
