I had spent nearly $1000 dollars on new tires and scheduled an appointment a week out to have them installed at 9:30 am I had to move things around in my life to make this happen and as I show up the tire center has a paper sign saying it is closed and the door is locked. I go to a customer service for them to tell me they have no staff. I can understand that but what I couldn't understand is why I had multiple confirmation emails reminding me of my appointment but no one has the wherewithal to contact me even before the appointment to notify me I would have to reschedule. The soonest they could reschedule me after all of this is another week away and I've been riding on a spare tire for the last week. Completely inconsiderate and poor business practice. I am taking a refund and will never use their tire center again and may just cancel my membership altogether.

••••••Update••••• After several emails and phone calls I finally got a response from management. The tires had a 45 day satisfaction guarantee and I was able to return the original set and have a different brand installed. I changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars because they finally did something to address the issues I was experiencing. The tire center at this location is nothing short of a joke. Shop is way understaffed and under tooled- they couldn't properly air up my tires after installation. Now I am having issue with tire balance and vibration. I have left several voice mails in an attempt to contact someone which remain unanswered. I cannot endorse using this location for any of your tire needs. (Ithaca, NY)

BJs just isn’t a deal anymore. A few years back, buying bulk often meant lower price overall. I’ve done the math - for most items, BJs just doesn’t offer discounts vs Aldi and Walmart. And even if there is a slight discount for some items, you end up spending money on produce or meats that go bad wayyy before the expiration or sell-by date. Meat section has especially gone downhill, I opened a corned beef roast a week before the sell-by date and it was rancid, not the first time either. Staff and service in this location had always been good. But if you’re looking to actually save money, BJs just doesn’t serve this function anymore
