Note the date of this review, because it's important (written in May, 2021). WAY back in May of 2008, I had a pretty bad car accident with my then brand new 2008 Honda Accord. Village Auto Body was the shop that was called for the emergency tow, and they did the repairs, which were extensive. Insurance covered it all, and they did a great job. Now, 13 years later, we noticed that the paint on the rear bumper was faded and chalky (the paint manufacturer apparently had some issues in 2008 and 2009). We contacted Village Auto Body about it, and they HONORED their work, no charge. Yes, 13 years later, they repaired it again, repainted, and it's ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Not only that, we asked them to fix a couple of parking lot scratches and repair/repaint a front bumper, and provide a full detail... that 13-year old car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. What a great job, and amazing professionalism, all at a fair price. Tony and Linda are fantastic people. Even though they're more than a half hour drive from us, they have loyal customers in us forever.

The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. From walking in and getting an initial estimate I felt an extremely friendly, honest, and kind vibe from the staff there. Throughout the whole process I was kept updated with insurance and repairs. The time frames for completion were met. I also must say the quality of work is outstanding, it looks absolutely amazing as if nothing happened. The car was also cleaned extremely well. I highly recommend this body shop for the friendly, welcoming customer service and quality of work. Would give 6 stars if I could
