Shipped quickly but wheel came bent. I requested a refund and they approved it. Website says a refund will be issued as soon as wheel the package is scanned by ups to be returned. Wrong! After I emailed they said it had to be make it back to the wearhouse get inspected and restocked before a refund would be issued. From order to return its now been 2 weeks. Then I get an email saying it will take up to 10 days to see my refund over 3 weeks to get my money back due to there poorly packaged product. As I looked at the email I also realized they are not refunding the $48 I payed in taxes for the wheel. I will not ever use this company again.
