Improperly plowed snow can play havoc on a sedan, like my 2022 BMW 530i, because of the height. I had no idea what damage could be done when I rode over it, apparently it had turned to ice in the late night and ripped the wires on a computer harness causing loss of power steering, along with a check engine light, and chassis stabilizer. The next day I brought my car to Rich, spoke with his son Kevin, and they diagnosed and repaired the issues with excellent mechanical knowledge. After I picked up my car, I spoke to a friend of mine and he specifically told me that had I taken this issue to a BMW dealership, they would have easily robbed me for more than 10x the price I paid here. This is what they do, that's how they survive. The dishonest practice of dealerships doesn't stop at the sales, it gets worse in the service department. And it's not just about the money. Rich and his family are old school good, honest people, and very talented. I drove away with my BMW completely back to normal, the Christmas lights on my dashboard were gone, everything else was fully functional, and Richard's Foreign Auto Repair has a permanent new customer. If they read this, I would like to thank them again and after this great experience, I no longer am thinking about selling this car because I am no longer worried about where to get it serviced.
