Tara, Christine, and Will were all very helpful. Upon receiving my car they wrote the estimate within a week. They had my car for a total of 15 days to repair the car. Along the process, I received updates and feedback about the progress. They even asked if I wanted other work done while the car was in their possession. I had my rear right door repaired at Dowling Brothers Body Shop, and they did an absolutely outstanding job, it looks brand new again. When I later noticed a small issue after picking up the car, they were incredibly kind and responsive, helping me sort it out right away. Even though I was a third-party claimant (not the insurance company’s direct customer), they were very proactive in assisting me with the insurance communication and the reimbursement for my rental car.
