Joe, the owner, treats everyone like family.. he has an extensive knowledge of cars and is not looking to rip anybody off! Joe has been so good to me. I lost my father recently and he has renewed my faith in human beings.. kindness, empathy… I even come home to find my car done and delivered in my driveway!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. My wife's car was leaking coolant and Joe and his team repaired it without upcharching me when most other shops probably would have. They took care of us.

I can't say enough good things about Joe, MJ and the whole gang at NGJ Auto. I was on a trip with my young son when my car died on 84. At my airbnb owner's recommendation I had it brought to this little place. They looked at it for some time, gave me the bad news that it was beyond saving given its age and mileage, but did not charge me a penny. They even patiently let me leave the car there for a week until I could arrange for a salvage company to pick it up - and EVEN THEN (because of logistics of traffic and parking) took care of dealing with the tow truck when it arrived. Asked for nothing. It was simply the nice thing to do, and they did it. Refreshing experience all around.
