This tow company was dispatched when my car broke down, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. The customer service (Geneviene & Chris) was friendly and professional. The driver (Mark) was polite, efficient and funny handling the situation with care. It’s always a stressful experience when your vehicle breaks down, but this company made everything so much easier. It was such a pleasure working with Paradise Towing. My car was hit on 2/12/24, and my insurance company kept trying to find me a tow company; unfortunately, after multiple attempts, no one came.
